Staff pose holds real benefits for your body and mind. When performed correctly, the staff pose can strengthen all major core muscles, improve posture, and increase stamina! This modified version of Staff Pose can help lengthen and stretch your spine, shoulders and chest.

This modified version of Anjaneyasana pose is great for strengthening the quadriceps and gluteus muscles while in your hot tub. We recommend that these poses are done in between deep soaks in your Cal Spas hot tub to increase muscle elasticity.

This modified version of Horse Pose requires intense focus. The pose requires strong ankles for balance, and benefits the neck, back, abdomen, knees and calves.

Cat-Cow is a gentle flow between two poses that warms the body and brings flexibility to the spine, easing back pain that you may have. Coordinating this movement with your breathing relieves stress and calms the mind. Mix this move with the hydrotherapy of your hot tub and you’ll achieve pure zen!

This modified Pigeon Pose stretches deep glutes while alleviating sciatic pain, some say it may even help with urinary disorders. Attempt this pose toward the end of your soak when your muscles are at their peak of flexibility.
