As the Public Relations Specialist for Cal Spas I get to hear amazing stories from some of our most loyal customers. Earlier this week I had the opportunity to speak to one of our customers and heard his story:
Jeffery moved to Napa, California in 1986 into a home with a Cal Spas installed in which he lived for 14 years. During the 14 years he resided in Napa, his hot tub needed not a single repair. The wood frame unfortunately rot from the extreme weather conditions that come from living in Northern California which were replaced, but the hot tub itself remained in good condition.
He later moved to Redding, California into a home which had another brand name hot tub on a spa deck. Being the loyal customer Jeffery is, he got rid of the old hot tub, and repaired the deck to place a new 2004 Victory Series Cal Spas.
Jeffery called in this week to let us know that he has not had any issues with his hot tub for over 11 years. He, of course, makes sure to perform regular maintenance check-ups and replace filters when needed but again, not a single repair has been needed.
The reason Jeffery continues his loyalty to Cal Spas is because we make sure to provide the highest quality product to all our valuable customers. Jeffery uses his hot tub everyday to ease tension on joints and back pain. He begins his day at 6:30am, makes a cup of coffee and soaks in his hot tub at 101F for 30 minutes, while enjoying his cup of Joe.
